Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. We have a Money Back Guarantee here at Soothing Solutions because we are confident you are going to love our products! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will only cover return shipping if your item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

To start a return, you can contact us at hi@soothingsolutionsaus.com.au.If your return is accepted, you will be sent instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hi@soothingsolutionsaus.com.au. Please include photo and/or video evidence so we can assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty

All Soothing Solutions products are backed by a replacement warranty covering manufacturing faults and product defects under normal household use. Warranty periods vary by product and are listed on each specific product page.

General Terms & Claims

If you experience an issue, email hi@soothingsolutionsaus.com.au with your order number, a description of the problem, and a photo or video. If the issue is covered under the relevant warranty period for that product, we will repair or replace your item at no cost to you.

Exclusions & Limitations:

  • This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage (such as drops), or misuse (using the product for purposes other than intended).
  • The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable, unless otherwise arranged with us in writing at the time of purchase.
